Hearing Time: The Planning Commission meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Ontario City Hall, 303 East "B" Street. Workshops: Meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Ontario City Hall, located at 303 East “B” Street.

Hearing Time: The Development Advisory Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, Ontario City Hall, 303 East "B" Street. If the meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting will then be held on the Wednesday of the same week.
