The Cimarron project area encompasses non-contiguous areas in Ontario in which land-uses are non-compatible with adjacent development and LA/Ontario airport growth. The Ontario Redevelopment Agency’s goal is to remedy blight conditions within the plan area in accordance with the Ontario Plan, rezone some parcels to conform to the Ontario Plan, provide infrastructure and roadway improvements, upgrade the housing stock, reuse abandon parcels and structures and consolidate parcels to drive private investment. Industrial, multi-family uses and some commercial development opportunities may be available.
