The City's Fiscal Services Department is responsible for supporting the City's annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, and analysis as well as providing the City's general accounting, accounts payable and payroll functions.

The City's Management Services Department coordinates the internal audit function, manages the City's investment portfolio, provides the supply management and services needs for all City Agencies and is responsible for the financial administration of the City's special districts.
