use. Tenants in the theater’s adjacent multi-tenant building include a variety of dining establishments.
To the west is Elderberry Park: a development of single-family, executive homes featuring mature streetscape. To the east is Gateway at Mountain Village which includes, offices, dining and shops.

Mountain Village is being established as a round-the-clock district to meet a wide range of local needs and serve as a regionally-recognized destination. By design, Mountain Village is intended to bring daytime and evening activity to the area, and include prominent pedestrian gateways connecting commercial and residential uses, and unique and varied storefronts.

In the southern portion of Project Area 2, light industrial and business park uses complement the existing industrial uses, railroad accessibility and surrounding services.
