Planned as an intimate and pedestrian-friendly environment, the Euclid Avenue District will potentially include anchor stores, specialty stores and restaurants as well as professional offices. Development is designed to create an immediate and positive identity transforming the area into a comfortable place to stroll and be seen. While offering a variety of goods and services to serve the surrounding neighborhood, the District will also take advantage of the area’s excellent regional access. East Holt Boulevard is the gateway to Ontario International Airport and the Ontario Convention Center. Business Park, light industrial and commercial uses are encouraged along this major corridor. State-of-art cargo facilities, ground handling and airport related services will support the growth of LA/Ontario International airport bordering the east end of the this project area.
