Guasti, founded in 1904, was once a self-sufficient community complete with a company store, bakery, fire station, hotel, post office and the world's largest contiguous vineyard, encompassing over 5000 acres. structures and develop complementary new buildings, creating an entertainment district with a

mix of hospitality, retail, entertainment and, possibly residential uses in a compact walkable community setting.

Located adjacent to Guasti and the I-10 freeway between Archibald and Turner Avenues, Ontario Airport Towers are a part of the Guasti Redevelopment Project Area and are adjacent to the main entrance to LA/Ontario International Airport. The Ontario Redevelopment Agency is assisting Ontario Airport Center, LLC in the development of the first three phases of the Ontario Airport Towers Project. The first phase, a 150,000 square foot, class A office building was completed in 2008. When fully constructed the will project include two six-story and one five-story class A office buildings, a retail building and a full service hotel. Ontario Airport Center, LLC is a development partnership including the developer PGP Properties and the national office-oriented real estate investment trust RREEF.
