CC&Rs – (Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions) the basic rules establishing the rights and obligations of owners of real property within a subdivision or other tract of land.

Focus Area – The Housing Department pre-determines the area within Ontario City Limits that will benefit from the CARES Exterior Beautification Program. The area parameters will change as the CARES Program moves out of the current project area and into a new one, as determined by the City.
