CARES Exterior Beautification Grants |
Description: The CARES Exterior Beautification Grants assist homeowners and property owners in the Jay Littleton Phase II focus area with improvements such as exterior paint and installation of front yard landscaping.
Process: Contact the City of Ontario Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization Agency for an application.

Must reside in a Focus Area
Homeowners and property owner tenants must earn an income at or below 120% of the area median income
Homeowner must sign CCR's |

Emporia St., Ontario, CA 91762 or call for an application to be sent by mail (909) 395-2006, click here to download an Owner Application in English or Spanish or a rental Application. Applications should be filled out completely and sent to the above address.
