Empire Lakes Golf Course

Created by Arnold Palmer, Empire Lakes breaks new ground in course design with four lakes, unique fingered bunkers, and undulating fairways. Course is one mile north of Ontario International Airport and home to the Mark Christopher Charity Classic, an official PGA Tour event. Reservations seven days in advance. Tournament play available. The School of Golf at Empire Lakes is available for lessons.
Whispering Lakes Golf Course

Easy to walk and affordable. Opened in 1956, this course is built on flat terrain, and open to the public. Features an 18-hole course with 6,706 yards of green.

Managed by Troon Golf, Eagle Glen borders Cleveland National Forest and features dramatic mountain vistas and spectacular elevation changes of 400 vertical feet. “Member-for-a-day” includes all-inclusive rates: green fees, cart, range balls, yardage books, metal bag tags, divot tools, ball markers, and tees. Preferred rates for tee times 8 to 60 days in advance. Groups may be booked up to one year in advance. The Grill, in the 25,000-square-foot clubhouse, serves daily meals; banquet facilities available for groups up to 450.

The golf course—crafted by the team of Champions Tour star Dr. Gil Morgan and Schmidt-Curley Design—winds through the historic Jensen Quarry. With four sets of tees, the course at Oak Quarry provides a challenging test for golfers of all skill levels. The course measures 5,408 yards from the forward tees, 6,028 yards from the regular tees, 6,600 yards from the championship tees, and 7,002 yards from the tournament tees. The club features a full practice facility with grass-station driving range, putting greens, and chipping and bunker practice green. The 7,200-square-foot clubhouse serves breakfast and lunch daily and is available for banquets, weddings, and private meetings.

This spectacular 6,721-yard, 18-hole course runs through two valleys with massive granite boulders, natural canyons, and stream beds. Changes in elevation are breathtaking, with five sets of tees on every hole. The signature #15 hole, a 574-yard dogleg par 5, drops 200 feet from tee to green. Golf lessons by appointment. Clubhouse banquet facilities for up to 170.
