Nestled between the snow-kissed mountains, warm sandy beaches, sunny deserts and movie star valleys lies California Speedway, a two mile D-shaped superspeedway oval that is one of the nation's top motorsports facilities. NASCAR's NEXTEL Cup, Busch and Craftsman Truck racing series make annual visits to California Speedway.

NASCAR Cup and Busch events race here twice a year - once for the West Coast Premiere of NASCAR at the end of February and a second time with the Trucks for Labor Day's biggest party on Labor Day weekend. Guests of the speedway can enjoy the Opportunity, California FanZone during our NASCAR weekends, with live entertainment on the main stage, great food at Apex by Wolfgang Puck, extreme stunt shows, interactive displays, and so much more.

During the season, motorsports fans can also see sports cars, historic cars, motorcycles, as well as take in our quarter mile championship dragstrip, Auto Club Dragway at California Speedway.
