VOLUNTEER DOCENT PROGRAM

The Museum of History and Art, Ontario is looking for people who enjoy local, regional and California History, as well as Art History and appreciation. The cornerstone of the docent program will be learning information to lead tours through the museum's two permanent exhibits, "Road Ways" and "Gem of the Foothills." Training topics will vary each week giving the docents a broad view of information needed to conduct fun and successful tours. If you have a friendly, enthusiastic character and are willing to speak to groups of people, particularly children and young people, this program's for you!
