A three-story, 76-unit senior housing project, at a density of 65.52 dwelling units per acre, on 1.16 acres of land located on the east side of Lemon Avenue, between “B” and “C” Streets, at 280 N. Lemon Avenue.

Walgreens - Fresh & Easy

Fresh & Easy

A retail shopping center consisting of a 14,000 square foot Fresh & Easy grocery store and a 15,000 square foot Walgreens pharmacy on 4.2 acres and a façade renovation of an existing 4,000 square foot retail building on 0.4 acres located at the south east corner of Euclid Avenue and Philadelphia Street.

A 150,000 sq. ft., six-story Class A office building and two, one-story retail buildings, totaling 10,500 sq. ft. on 15.1 acres, at the northeast corner of Archibald Avenue & Guasti Road.
