The Entrepreneur Network

 

 

The Entrepreneur Network informs, supports and inspires individual business professionals and students in the formation of entrepreneurial ventures and skills by providing resources that enable the potential or practicing entrepreneur:

 

 

To form and run a competitive business

 

To develop professional entrepreneurial skills

 

To implement entrepreneurial strategies within an organization, and/or

 

To receive specialized educational training to be self-employed.

 

 

The Entrepreneur Network acts as a bridge between entrepreneurs, the business community and education in helping individuals compete in the growing local, regional and global economy.

The Entrepreneur Network also provides a career track of education from high school to college. At the high school level, an entrepreneur club and mentors further career exploration. Professional development, networking, internships, sponsorships and grants further interests and abilities at the collegiate level.

The entrepreneur career track includes:

 

 

General fundamentals: business plans, formulating strategies, organizational and managerial issues

 

Finance and risk management: funding sources, capital budgeting, legal forms and credit analysis

 

Marketing: research, analysis, marketing, advertising

 

Operations and distribution: supply chain, pricing, growth, leasing
