Administrative Services Manager
Administrative Services Manager Jacob Green
 
Jacob Green serves as Police Administrative Services Manager for the City of Ontario Police Department. He oversees the Administrative Services Bureau and is responsible for the Communications Division, Fiscal Services Unit, Records Division and Cadet Program.

He previously held the position of Emergency Manager for the City of Ontario. During his Emergency Manager tenure, he served as the Lead Public Information Officer for the Ontario Fire Department, Grant Manager, and was responsible for all City and community disaster programs.

Jacob holds his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach. Jacob received his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Public and Community Service and a minor in Business Management from the University of California, Irvine.


 

Administrative Services Bureau

The Administrative Services Bureau, created in April 2008, oversees the administrative activities of the Police Department. The Administrative Services Bureau is comprised of the Communications Division, Records Division, Fiscal Services Unit (Budget, Grants, Purchasing/Accounts Payable, Facilities, Timekeeping), and the Cadet Program.
