Planning Commission

Update for 7/28 Agenda:

Item D on tonight’s Planning Commission agenda, File Nos. PDEV19-036 and PCUP19-015 for Gracepoint Brethren in Christ Church on South Magnolia Avenue, is being requested to be continued to the Planning Commission meeting of August 25, 2020. This request for continuance is being made by the applicant. Anyone wishing to speak on this matter and can not attend the meeting on August 25th will be given an opportunity to speak at tonight’s meeting.

The Planning Commission meets at 6:30pm on the fourth Tuesday of the month. 

Meetings are currently being conducted via teleconference on ZOOM. Members of the public who wish to provide a general comment or on a specific agenda item may do so one of several ways:

  1. Provide Public Testimony During The Meeting: You may call with a request to speak by dialing (909) 395-2900. Those wishing to speak during the “Public Comment” portion of the meeting must call between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM the day of the meeting. Those wishing to speak on an item on the agenda must call between 6:00 PM and the close of the public hearing for that item. You will be asked to provide your name and item number that you will be speaking on, then you will be placed on hold until your item of interest is under consideration by the Commission.

  2. Public Comment Form: By clicking on the link you may fill out a Public Comment Form, no later than 4 PM on the day of the meeting. 

  3. Comment By E-Mail: Submit your comments by email no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting by emailing your name, agenda item you are commenting on, and your comment to [email protected] . All comments received by the deadline will be forwarded to the Planning Commission for consideration before action is taken on the matter.

  4. Comment By Telephone Message: Submit your comments by telephone no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting by providing your name, agenda item you are commenting on, and your comment by calling (909) 395-2036. All comments received by the deadline will be provided to the Planning Commission for consideration before action is taken on the matter.

  5. Comment By Mail: To submit your comments by mail, provide your name, agenda item you are commenting on, and your comment by mailing to Planning Department, Ontario City Hall, 303 East “B” Street, Ontario, CA 91764. Comments by mail must be actually received by the Planning Department no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting. Postmarks are not accepted. All comments received by the deadline will be provided to the Planning Commission for consideration before action is taken on the matter.

 

All comments received by the deadline will be included in the official record. Please identify if your public comments are on a non-agenda item; or if you are addressing a specific agenda item, please state for reference the agenda item number. We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time of social distancing.
